Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Handmade, made-to-order, or limited drop items may require additional processing time, which will be listed on the product page.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout. Sacred Horizons Group is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, weather, holidays, or other transit issues outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Package Policy

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

For damaged items, photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label may be required. Once reviewed, Sacred Horizons Group may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Replacements and refunds are only available for verified orders placed directly through Sacred Horizons Group.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Sacred Horizons Group is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Returns + Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of handmade, limited drop, spiritual, and made-to-order items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request support for an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.

Custom / Handmade Merch Policy

Some Sacred Horizons items are handmade or made in small batches. Minor variations may occur and are part of the unique nature of the item.

Custom items, limited drop merch, and made-to-order apparel cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.

Digital Product Policy

Digital products, downloads, guides, journals, templates, oracle deck files, and instant-access items are final sale and non-refundable once purchased.
