Shipping + Processing Policy
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Handmade, made-to-order, or limited drop items may require additional processing time, which will be listed on the product page.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout. Sacred Horizons Group is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, weather, holidays, or other transit issues outside of our control.
Lost or Damaged Package Policy
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
For damaged items, photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label may be required. Once reviewed, Sacred Horizons Group may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Replacements and refunds are only available for verified orders placed directly through Sacred Horizons Group.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Sacred Horizons Group is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
